Waivers and Draft dates postponed until agreement between Players Association and WUSA is finalized

Ongoing Collective Bargaining between WUSA and the Players Association will impact the salary cap budget.

Once a waiver date is set, each of the WUSA teams will be required to cut its roster to no more than 18 players (including three reserves) and no less than 12. Players released on the Waivers Deadline can be chosen by another team via the Waivers Draft held afterwards. Players not selected in the Waivers Draft may re-enter the league through the tryout process.
