Philadelphia Charge tied by U.S. U-19 National
Team 3-3
The Philadelphia
Charge lead twice against the U.S. Under-21 team, but could hold
them as the U-21 squad tied up the game at three apiece in the 90th
minute of play.
The Charge
took a first half 2-0 lead on a pair of goals by Diedre Enos and
Kalli Kamholz. Enos scored two minutes into the contest while Kamholz
scored at the 30 minute mark after receiving a pass from Lorrie
Fair. Anne
Morrell led the U-21 team back into the game with two straight goals.
The first came off of a pass from Alison Fennell at the 52nd minute
mark and the second five minutes later when Mary Francis Monroe
found Morrell. Enos
scored her second goal of the game and Philadelphia's third, with
66
minutes to play. The lead stood for nearly 24 minutes before Lauren
Orlandos scored in the final minute of play.
