much for an outstanding game by New York, and in spite of a brilliant
performance by Saskia Webber

Hat-trick
by Pichon and an unfortunate incorrect off-side call that would
have tied the game for Power, beat a superb performance by a New
York side in one of the best quality games seen so far in WUSA.
An
evenly played game was scoreless until 23 minutes from the end when
Pichon scored twice in the space of two minutes. New York came back
with a goal by Davey and within minutes scored again , but this
one was called back by a lineswomen caught out of position. Pichon
then scored on a breakaway for her thirteenth goal of her short
career with Philadelphia.
