Tiffeny Milbrett of New York is the WUSA
Player of the Week
Tiffeny Milbrett
scored her second two-goal game of the season as the Powerwon 2-1
at home against Philadelphia last Sunday. Her first goal, a 25-yard
free kick occurred in the 15th minute. Sara Whalen made a ball before
Milbrett took the free kick. She made it 2-0 in the 25th minute
when she redirected a shot in front of the goal by Jennifer Lalor.
Milbrett now leads the league in points with 16 and in goals scored
with seven.
