Charge leaves for Atlanta Thursday morning

Philadelphia enters the playoffs as the fourth seed. Fielding the youngest team in the league, the Charge led the WUSA in offense with 35 goals (1.67 gpg). Liu Ailing topped the Charge with 10 goals and 22 points, but 12 different players scored and 15 registered at least one point. TheCharge recorded six shutouts behind the goalkeeping of Melissa Moore and Saskia Webber. Captain Doris Fitschen hasn't seen any action since fracturing her left wrist during a game against New York on July 30 and her status remains questionable for this weekend.
