Game

In a fast paced end to end game the Rays had the most scoring chances in the first half although Beene had a narrow escape from a muddle in the middle after a Charge corner. In the second half posession belonged mainly to the Bay and in particular Katia and Sissi.

A well placed ball from Bell put Katia through to start the scoring spree, and although Chastain failed to convert a penalty kick she put Murray through. Sissi then split the defense for Murray to score her second goal with a world class curling shot into the top corner. Moore played with some indecision from the start, which grew into a scrambling style as each goal was added.

Lots of energy was shown by the CyberRays in one of their best performances at home, and with help of the crossbar Goalkeeper Beene retained her record breaking shutout run at 437 minutes.
