Mutiny Girls U-17 Team in USYSA National League Director's Cup competition this weekend

The Mutiny U-17 team are Region I League qualifiers, and will play in the inaugural U.S. Youth Soccer National LeagueDirector's Cup, presented by adidas this weekend in Lawrence, Indiana.

Tentative game schedule

Friday, August 8th. at 2:00 p.m. U-17 Mutiny vs. Capital United SC (E-NY)

Saturday, August 9th. at 12:00 noon U-17 Mutiny vs. Florida Premier (FL)

Sunday, August 10 at 8:00 a.m. U-17 Mutiny vs. Madison'56 (WI).

Five of the players for the U-17 Mutiny team saw game action this season for the senior women's Mutiny team that competed in the Eastern Division of the WPSL.

Jenny Maurer (E. Longmeadow, MA)

She had plenty of game time for the WPSL Semifinalists, playing in five matches, starting two while registering an assist.

Vanessa Lima (Amherst, MA)

She scored a goal in the home finale win over the New York Vendaval.

Britt Canfield (Southwick, MA), Kaolin McEvoy (Longmeadow, MA), and Goalkeeper Stacy Kronenberg (Belchertown, MA) all played some in the 5-1 win over New York Vendaval.
