More on Soccer Head Injuries

Drs. Donald Kirkendall, Sheldon Jordan and William Garrett have recently published their findings on heading and head injuries. "Based on current information, it appears that the use of the head for controlling and advancing the ball is not likely to be a significant factor in mild traumatic brain injury and reported cognitive deficits." www.unc.edu/news/newsserv/research/kirken2050301.htm
