Actually Soccer Moms, we will be out of town but The Nassau County Mobile Mammography van will be on hand. It is part of the wonderful day at the Tenth Annual Michael Scott Barish Memorial Sand Soccer Tournament taking place in Long Beach on Saturday, June 21st. The fun starts at 9:00 a.m. and lasts until 5:00 p.m. (Rain date Sunday, June 22nd).

The FREE MAMMOGRAMS require advance registration is required.

And while you are getting your mammogram the entire family the rest of the family can enjoy a day filled with food, fun and, of course, sand soccer! There will be a live DJ, entertainment, BBQ, balloons, raffles, a moon bounce, sumo wrestling - yes, you heard right, live sumo wrestling matches - and much, much more!

PLACE: Riverside Blvd. at the Boardwalk in Long Beach.

Proceeds will benefit the Michael Scott Barish 1 in 9 Human Cancer Research Grant at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and breast cancer education and awareness.
