Massachusetts-native Jennifer Molina joins New EnglandMutiny

The Mexico National Team goalkeeper will play with the new England squad in their upcoming season.

She was born in Mexico City, and raised in Methuen, Massachusetts. Molina attended Colgate University and has been a member of the Mexican National Team since 2001 with over 30 caps as goalkeeper. Named as the Top Goalkeeper of the 2002 CONCACAF Gold Cup, she has been the goalkeeper for Mexico for World Cup qualifying, the Bronze Medal performance in the 2003 Pan-American Games, the 2004 Summer Olympic Games in Athens and the prestigious Algarve Cup in Portugal in March 2005.

Quote by Jennifer Molina after signing
I was looking for a competitive team in the area where I grew up. The history of the Mutiny, the competitiveness of the WPSL and the quality of players on the team made my decision an easy one. I've been playing solely with the Mexican National Team over the past few years, so I think this experience will be very beneficial to my playing career. I'm really looking forward to this season.
