Miami Surf sign two "Matilda" players

Heather Garriock and Danielle Small of the Australia National Team will play for the Miami Surf during its 2006 inaugural season.

Danielle Small is expected make her first appearance on May 16, 2006 against the Orlando Falcons. Heather Garriock will be arriving in June.

Team Owner and General Manager Ron Clark said” This is a huge catch for us.The community is extremely excited to have such talent to play for us during the season. It will be a really good year for us now that they are on board."

The Miami Surf play its first ever opening game at Barry University at 8:00 p.m. on May 19th against the Orlando Falcons.
