U.S. National Team roster for January trip to China announced

Veterans Milbrett, Fair, Pearce, Sobrero, Mullinix, French, and Serlenga will accompany eleven young players in games against China on January 11th and Hangzhou on January 14th, 2001.

Donna de Varona will act as Head of Delegation on the tour, and the team will depart on January 7th and return to the United States on the 15th, 2001. De Varona was one of the founders of the Women's Sports Foundation , and Chairwoman of the 1999 USA World Cup Committee.
