Cincinnati Ladyhawks news

The Ladyhawks will play fourteen games this season, with seven home games to be played at Galbreath Field in Mason, OH. In their inaugural season the Ladyhawks finished in second place in the W-2-League Central Division and compiled an impressive 5-2 record at home.

The Ladyhawks will continue to play in the W-2 Central Conference with last seasons Central champion Indiana Blast, and last seasons W-1 champion Chicago Cobras who have moved into the W-2 League. The three other teams that make up the W-2 League Central are the Cleveland Eclipse, Kentucky Fillies, and the Windy City Blues, who are also new the W-2 League Central. The Ladyhawks will also travel outside the Central to take on the expansion team in Memphis, for both home and away games. The Cincinnati Ladyhawks have secured the date and location of the Ladyhawks 2001 Media Luncheon. The Kings Island Inn will host this season's luncheon on April 11th 2001. The time will be determined soon and more details will be available as the date drawls closer.
