Arizona Heatwave announces player signings

For her third season Julie Williford from the University of Arkansas.
Jennifer Klein and Mallory Miller from the University of Arizona are back.
Christie Spear for her second year from Washington State University.
Goal Keeper Jennifer Branam who has five caps playing for the US National team.
Amy LePeilbet who was a key player for the US National U-21 team that won the 2002 and 2003 Nordic Cups is back for her second tour with the Heatwave.
Stephanie Peel a member of the 2001 and 2002 U-19 National team pool, and member of the 2004 W League semi-finalist Chicago Cobras.
Brittany Cooper a midfielder who was a member of the US National team pool in 2001 and 2002, and played for the Chicago Cobras in 2003 and 2004.
Elizabeth Bogus is a member of the U-21 national team and also played for the 2004 Chicago Cobras.

Arizona Heatwave open the 2005 season on the road May 14, 2005 against 2004 W League Champion Vancouver Whitecaps and begin their home season on Sunday May 22, 2005 against the expansion San Diego Gauchos.
