The Xavier Musketeers scored when Kennedy headed in a keeper rebound off a shot by Veith. Xavier out-shot Evansville 11-4 in the game.

Next weekend they play Massachusetts at 7 p.m. Friday, and Rhode Island at 1p.m.Sunday, both at Corcoran Field.
