Wake Forest remains undefeated beating Southern California 2-1. In the final match of the Invitational.

Both teams played hard in the second half but were unable to score as opposing defenses stayed firm. Wake Forest keeper Erin Regan had two saves in the second half, as did Southern California keeper Julia Peterson.

Wake Forest out shot USC 15 -4.

The Wake Forest Demon Deacons play Maryland in their first conference match of the season on Friday, September 20. The game will take place in Spry Stadium at 7:00 pm.
