It was a great result for the progra m, but it was only one game and we have to come back and play a tough Loyola Marymount team on Sunday. This was the first time this season where I felt we played hard for 90 minutes. I thought our defenders did a great job tonight. I thought it was a huge boost after they missed the penalty kick. We were able to counter attack and frustrate them, but Santa Clara is an excellent team and will definitely be there at the end of the season.

The Women of Troy will play at Loyola Marymount on Sunday September, 28th. at 1 p.m.
