Post game quotes

Husky Head Coach Lesle Gallimore

Our team was seriously disappointed that they lost. They weren't satisfied with just giving Carolina a good game. We're pleased with how we played so far. The two people who received awards this weekend, Tina Frimpong and Kelli Smith, are twice the players already this first weekend than they were last season.

The Huskies leave Friday on a four-game road trip. First playing Loyola Marymount in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Their next home action will be on September19th. and 21st. in the four-team Husky/Nike Invitational. Teams include defending national champion Portland, Fresno State and Texas.
