UCLA shuts out Princeton to advance to the Final

UCLA 2 Princeton 0

Scoring

UCLA  Adams (Mora) 48

UCLA Davis, 71

Game

A nervous start in the first half for the teams, particularly for Princeton in their first appearance at this leve, resulted in a first half with little rhythm or organisation from both squads. Very little threat to either goal keepers before they left the field at the end of the half.

The second half was quite different, and UCLA more experienced team came a out fast and organised. A perfectly weighted ball by Mora to a speeding Adams was finished with equal quality by Adams to set the tone for the rest of the game.

A well placed bouncing shot by Davis put the game away for UCLA ,and they go on to play in the Final on Sunday.

Mora had a top quality match as did the UCLA keeper.
