At 97:08 Iris Mora beat keeper Alicia Artuso to a bouncing ball and knocked it loose for Devine to put into an empty net to give UCLA the win over St. Mary's in the Third-Annual UCLA Cup.

The Bruin defense dominated most of the match, holding St. Marys to three shots. on the evening. UCLA took 24 shots, including a match-high five from freshman Stephanie Kron. Bruin goalkeeper Sarah Lombardo registered her second shutout of the season. making one save. Artuso finished with 13 saves.

The final match of the 2003 UCLA Cup will be on Sunday, when St. Mary's and UC Santa Barbara play at noon in match Drake Stadium.

UCLA goes to Loyola Marymount for a tournament from September12-14th. They play Wisconsin-Milwaukee on the 12th. at 1:00 p.m. and Oakland on the14th. at 11:00 a.m.
