UEFA U-19 Championship, 3rd Round, Group A3

On the first day in Copenhagen, Denmark narrowly beat England with a stoppage time winner, 4-3. In cold weather including blizzards, Czech Republic beat Iceland 3-0.

The next matches are on Saturday 17th Nov. when England play Iceland, and Denmark play Czech Republic.

Group A1 involving and hosted by Italy is also in progress on the same dates. The other two groups have yet to be played. The UEFA finals for U-19 teams will be held in Sweden, May 2nd to 16th 2002, with the hosts automatically qualified.
