First qualifying round in 2006/07 UEFA European U-19 Championship

Group winners, all 11 runners-up and the 2 best third place teams advance to the second round(24 teams total). There will be six groups of four with the group winners and the best runner-up advancing to the finals in Iceland.

This is also the qualifying tournament for the 2008 U-20 Women's World Cup(host to be announced).
