Germany overwhelms a substitute England side in last game of group play

In a game that had no bearing on a semi-final place with England already through and Germany already eliminated, Coach Mo Marley used the game against Germany as an opportunity to rest many of the usual starters in the squad. A frustrated Germany madea meal of of it.
