UMEA and FFR Frankfurt to compete in 1ST UEFA Club Final

In the second legs of the UEFA Champions Cup for Clubs, Hanna Ljungberg scored an away goal after just 8 minutes for Umea at HJK Helsinki to win 3-1 on aggregate to reach the final.

FFR Frankfurt, also 2-1 up but with home advantage, could not add to the scoreline and went through 2-1 on aggregate.

The final will be played on May 23rd, at the larger Wald Stadion in Frankfurt, so FFR will be hoping that home town advantage will help. The Swedish club, with several internationals, will be hoping to avenge their national team defeat last season.
