March 24, 2003 New Zealand beat Texas A&M Texas A&M 1 New Zealand 2College Station, Texas ScorinNew Zealand Jackman 20New Zealand Smith 62Texas A&M 69New Zealand Jackman 87New Zealand Head Coach Sandy Davie said, "This was a much improved effort from my players but it had to be given the quality of the side we played. A&M shaped as one of the toughest matches on tour. Unlike Friday, we kept possession well and finished our opportunities on attack with 3 well taken goals. Rachel Doody was superb. She dominated midfield tonight and others seemed to take her lead and lift their performances accordingly. This was an all round better effort from all 18 players, they all contributed to an excellent win. The surface was fantastic and the stadium small but superb. Our hosts have been wonderful the entire tour, with nothing too much to ask."
