October 26, 2003 Dates for FIFA Under-19 World Championship 2004 The second Under-19 World Championship will take place from November 10-27th. 2004 in Thailand. CONCACAF has scheduled their U-19 qualifying tournament for the 2004 World Championship from 26 May 26-June 6th. 2004. Canada is the only nation to have submitted a bid to host the event. The CONCACAF Executive Committee makes their final decision on the venue on November 4th. 2003 at their meeting in Miami, Florida USA.
