March 29, 2004 Qualifying for CONCACAF U-19 Finals completed   This past weekend saw the CONCACAF U-19 final tournament come into place. USA, Canada & Mexico already earned a bye to the finals. Last weekend, Trinidad & Tobago defeated Surinam on a 7-1 aggregate. This past Sunday saw Jamaica easily defeat Puerto Rico (17-0) and the Dominican Republic squeezed by Bahamas 2-1.   In the central zone tournament. Costa Rica & Panama advanced after placing in the top two over El Salvador & Nicaragua. The tournament dwindled to just four teams after Guatemala's suspension & late withdraws from Belize & Honduras.   The final tournament will consist of: USA, Canada(hosts), Mexico, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica & Panama.
