July 1, 2003 CONCACAF Olympic qualifying changes as Puerto Rico withdraws CONCACAF has reorganized the tournament for the Caribbean teams as follows: 1) Trinidad & Tobago plays Suriname in a home-and-home series 2) Cayman Islands will host a triangular series with Jamaica and U.S. Virgin Islands 3) Haiti will face the Dominican Republic in a home-and-home series. The CONCACAF final qualifying competition for the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece will take place in Mexico 2-12 February 2004.
