March 12, 2002   Costa Rica U-19 National Team defeats Panama U-19 National Team Costa Rica's Under-19 National squad defeated Panama Under-19 National squad 4:0 Sunday at Estadio San Cristóbal in David, Panama Both teams have begun their preparations for the Football Confederation Central American Zone Qualifying Tournament to be held 20-24 March in Panama.   There will be four teams there. -Guatemala and Nicaragua are the other two. The top two of the single round-robin will advance to the FC finals in May in Trinidad & Tobago.
