November 29, 2000 Barbados FA to hold women's soccerama The Barbados FA women's football committee will be staging a women's "soccerama" at the Garrison Savannah on December 9th. The event is designed to provide an opportunity for all persons interested in the development of girls and women's football to come together for a day of fun and competition. The women's committee said, "This will also serve as an impetus for even greater participation and interest in the women's game among girls and women and the community as a whole."
