Is Fulham shaking up the English women's game?

In an interview with the head of the women's section of Arsenal Football Club, after they had won the triple (FA Cup, League, and League Cup) but barely beat Fulham in the Cup Final, he was asked if he thought that there should be a women's professional league. His answer was that it was not time yet,, and he did not think that it would be for a few years. No one asked him why a rich Arsenal Club, that was supported by women's money as well as men, could not supply financial backing for a talented women's team. Fulham has obviously been successful with its men's team and we predict that their women's team will soon shake up the establishment.
