Will 2003 Women's World Cup be postponed because of virus?

The World Cup 2003 Draw was postponed by FIFA this week bringing up the question about the tournament itself. Many who intended to travel to China for the games have told WSW that they have doubts about risking their own safety and health. Will it be postponed as well?
