Loughborough win BUSA Cup

This competition for British University students has now completed its 13th season and, with just over 100 teams, is second only to the FA Cup in terms of participants.

On WednesdayMay 9th at Burton Albion FC, Loughborough beat Crewe & Alsager College by 1-0, the goal being scored by Amy Milton in the 66th minute, with a header following a cross from the right by Sam Shotton.

Loughborough, who have a long tradition of sporting excellence, have now competed in 8 finals, and have won 6. Crewe & Alsager have competed in 5 finals, and won twice.
