December 17, 2005 Ma Liangxing
returns as Head Coach of China National Team By Jia Ailing The China Football Association
has chosen Ma Liangxing to lead the China National Team.The 48-years-old
coach led the "Iron Roses" in the 2003 World Cup, but after
the team failed to reach the semi-finals he had to resign. In 2004, Ma Liangxing became
the head coach of Zhuhai Zhongbang, a China men's second division team.
He led the team to promotion to the top league in 2005. The China National Team begin
training on December 18th. and will play in the Four-nations tournament
in Guangzhou in January 2006. Ma has selected a 34 player squad for the
