U.S. YOUTH SOCCER NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS START NEXT WEEK
32 teams from around the country will compete in the 2000 U.S. Youth Soccer National club championships at Disney's Wide World of Sports complex in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., from July 25-30. The annual tournament features boys and girls teams competing for national cups in four age groups Ñ Under-16, Under-17, Under-18 and Under-19. The teams, which qualified in their respective age groups by winning titles at the state and regional levels, will play a round-robin schedule against the other three regional champions in their age group. The top two teams in each group as determined by points will advance to the Championship Finals on July 30.
