National under 18 teams from Canada, China, Finland, Japan, and United States to compete for U.S. Youth Soccer's 3rd Annual adidas Cup
National under 18 teams from Canada, China, Finland, Japan, and United States will playfor US Youth Soccer's 3rd Annual adidas Cup May 29 - June 2 at Elizabeth K. Meyer Park in Spring, TX.
"adidas America is pleased to sponsor this event, which serves as a preview to next summer's first-ever FIFA (Federation Internationale de Football Association) U-19 Women's Championships," said US Youth Soccer/Field Manager for adidas, Trent Tokos.
The teams will meet
for a Mexican Fiesta and swap meet on Wednesday, May 30, at the Wyndham
Hotel Greenspoint.

Tuesday, May 29
4:00 p.m. Canada vs. China
6:00 p.m. Finland vs. US U-18 National Team
8:00 p.m. Japan vs. US Youth Soccer ODP All Stars
Thursday, May 31
4:00 p.m. US Youth Soccer ODP All Stars vs. Finland
6:00 p.m. Canada vs. Japan
8:00 p.m. US U-18 National Team vs. China
Saturday, June 2
4:00 p.m. 5th Place
6:00 p.m. 3rd Place
8:00 p.m. Championship
The teams' placements in the Championship and Consolation matches will
be determined on the basis of points. Teams earn three points for a win,
one point for a tie, and zero points for a loss.
