UEFA U-19 championship status for next round

The winners and the two best runners-up qualify for the 2nd qualifying
round.
The national teams of Scotland, Wales, Turkey and Iceland won their
respective groups and thus qualified for the 2nd round. The two best
runners-up Bosnia-Herzegovina (coefficient: 2.333) and Israel (coefficient:
2.000).
The groups of the 2nd round according to the draw
now read as follows:
Group B1: Rep. of Ireland, Switzerland, Ukraine, Scotland
Group B2: Netherlands, Slovakia, Poland, Wales
Group B3: Czech Republic, Yugoslavia, Turkey, Israel
Group B4: Belgium, Russia, Iceland, Bosnia-Herzegovina
