U.S. Under-18 National Team and U.S. Under-16 National Team to compete in the United States Amateur Soccer Association's "U.S. Soccer Festival 2000 in Kingston, Rhode Island

The fifth annual tournament, which includes women's teams from all four USASA regions, will be played from July 31st. through August 6th. There are two groups of four womenÕs teams with each U.S. National Team playing a total of four games. The U.S. Amateur Soccer Festival was originally conceived when the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) discontinued the staging of their annual U.S. Sports Festival in 1995. The U.S. Amateur Soccer Festival, which is sponsored and organized by the USASA, has incorporated the concept used in the U.S. Sports Festival and has expanded it to include several U.S.National Teams.

U.S. NATIONAL U-16, U-18 and U-21 Teams to attend camps at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in March

Three newly appointed U.S. National Team Coaches will conduct their first camps this month. Under-16 Head Coach Tracey Leone and Under-18 Head Coach Steve Swanson will conduct simultaneous camps from March 11-19, then Under-21 Head Coach Jillian Ellis will take the defending Nordic Cup champions through her first camp from March 19-26. The following are the rosters for the U-18 and U-16 camps. The U-21 roster will be announced next week.
